Ocean Vista lives up to its name with expansive views of the Kapiti Coast and beyond from every window - on a clear day as far as Ruapehu in the north and the Kaikouras to the south. This modern home, built in 2008, has polished concrete floors throughout and was designed to take maximum advantage of the views.

Area Activities

We are 50kms north of Wellington - a scenic 45 minute drive or 55 minutes using the local train service. The Kapiti Coast has much to offer visitors: kilometres of unspoilt beaches, bush walks, wildlife reserves, a world class golf course, car and train museums, as well as many excellent cafes and restaurants.
