Brian has to regretfully close his Seascape B&B until August 2012 while some faults in the building construction are remedied. The work is taking place over the summer months to take advantage of the fine weather. Brian will update the website with progress reports and a re-opening date as soon as possible.

Brian is retired and has had many interests in his time. He is well travelled, having visited and toured the British Isles, Europe, Australia, Canada, and various Pacific Islands, staying at many B&B's of varying standards. He is still a keen golfer and is a member of the internationally rated Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club.

TARIFF
King room: $130 a night for a couple
Queen room: $120 a night for a couple
Single for either room is $110
The suite is $195 a night.

Rates include:
•Continental Breakfast comprising fruit juice, grapefruit, choice of cereals, freshly brewed Italian coffee or green tea or pot of tea, toast, jams etc. or
•Cooked Breakfast comprising all of the above plus bacon & eggs, sausage, tomato, hash brown, black pudding etc, or
•European Style Breakfast comprising cheeses, salami, fresh bread rolls, tomato or fruit juice or fresh coffee.
